• Tourist tax 1.05€ per person per night
• Breakfast : 12€ per person
• Cancellation insurance : 3% of the accommodation amount
• Daily cleaning : from 80€ to 100€ / week / kind of apartment
• Final cleaning : 50€ (cleaning by yoursel is free)
• Private garage :10€ per night

• Fees booking : 20€ / year (stay of 1 week minimum)
